Quite simply one of the best value wines produced. Sherry uses the unique ‘solera’ system for maturing and blending, Fino and Manzanilla are dry aperitif styles best served chilled with olives and nuts whereas Amontillado is slightly fuller and is enjoyed both chilled and at room temperature. Oloroso on the otherhand is a rich and deeply flavoured sherry that compliments rich dishes.
