Delivery information and pricing
Orders are normally delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Delivery is free when 12 or more bottles are delivered to a single UK mainland address, or have a value of £150 or more* all other orders are charged £9.95 per UK mainland delivery address.
Wines can either be signed for when delivered or left safe if a specific instruction is given.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage which occurs once the consignment has been left.
In the event of redelivery being required Davy’s retain the right to charge an additional fee of £9.95.

Wine usually arrives within two working days when orders are placed before 12pm.

Please be aware that multi case orders may become separated. Please contact us if you do not receive the balance of your order within three working days. Prices listed for wines include VAT charged at prevailing rates.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT charged at the prevailing rate.
*Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Isle of man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and some areas of Scotland may take longer and are subject to a surcharge. Please contact 020 8858 9147 for details.
Cigar and Snuff Parlour deliveries
A standard delivery charge of £2.95 will be applicable to orders dispatched from the Segar and Snuff Parlour. This charge may vary depending on the weight of the order. Customers will be notified prior to dispatch if the delivery charge will be more than the standard charge.
Tobacco products will be dispatched separately from wine orders and couriered using Royal Mail. This is to ensure that you receive the goods in the best possible condition. For more information please call 020 7836 8345.
Any damaged bottles must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. A full refund will be given on receipt of the damaged bottles.
Orders may be cancelled up to seven working days from receipt of delivery provided that all wines are unopened and in their original condition.
To cancel an order customers should contact the Wineshop 020 8858 9147, fax details on 020 8858 1114, or e mail email@example.com. It is your responsibility to keep the wines safe and in their original condition until collection is made.
