Orders are normally delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Delivery is free when 12 x 75cl (or equivalent) or more bottles are delivered to a single UK mainland address, or have a value of £150 or more* all other orders are charged £9.95 per UK mainland delivery address.
5% discount is available on selected cases.
This does not include wines that are featured in promotions or sales.
Wines can either be signed for when delivered or left safe if a specific instruction is given.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage which occurs once the consignment has been left.
In the event of redelivery being required Davy’s retain the right to charge an additional fee of £9.95.

Wine usually arrives within two working days when orders are placed before 12pm.
Delivery times may vary during the Christmas period.
Please be aware that multi case orders may become separated. Please contact us if you do not receive the balance of your order within three working days.
*Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Isle of man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and some areas of Scotland may take longer and are subject to a surcharge. Please contact 020 8858 9147 for details.
Cigar and Snuff Parlour deliveries
A standard delivery charge of £2.95 will be applicable to orders dispatched from the Segar and Snuff Parlour. This charge may vary depending on the weight of the order. Customers will be notified prior to dispatch if the delivery charge will be more than the standard charge.
Tobacco products will be dispatched separately from wine orders and couriered using Royal Mail. This is to ensure that you receive the goods in the best possible condition. For more information please call 020 7836 8345.
Returns and breakages to the Wineshop
Any damaged bottles must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. A full refund will be given on receipt of the damaged bottles.
Orders may be cancelled up to seven working days from receipt of delivery provided that all wines are unopened and in their original condition.
To cancel an order customers should contact the Wineshop 020 8858 9147, fax details on 020 8858 1114, or e mail wineshop@davy.co.uk. It is your responsibility to keep the wines safe and in their original condition until collection is made.

Payment can be made using Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners or cheques made payable to Davy’s Wine Merchants.
All payments made on line are encrypted to ensure the highest level of security.
The system uses the latest 256-bit encryption technology for web-based transactions, this technology is provided by, Thawte, Inc. (www.thawte.com). All data gathered, during the checkout process, is encrypted with this technology.
Storage of any customer sensitive information is encrypted with 128-bit AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm technology.
Availability and substitutions
We do our utmost to make sure that every wine listed in our Wineshop price list and website is available to you. However, by their very nature, wines have a limited availability, so from time to time, we may run out of a particular wine or vintage. For this reason ABV’s and vintages may change without prior notice. When this happens, we will try to contact you to offer suitable alternatives.
Sale or return is available. All goods returned must be in a reasonable condition and only unopened cases will be accepted. A minimum collection charge of £10 will be applied to all sale or return orders.
Wine glasses can be hired by the dozen when wine is purchased from our Wineshop. Glasses must be collected from the Wineshop and returned on a mutually convenient date. A deposit per glass will be charged and fully refunded on the return of all unbroken, clean glasses. Delivery available in the London area, quote available on request.
Customer details are collected when:
- You place an order with our Wineshop
- Purchase tickets to our tastings
- Enter prize draws and competitions
- Request to receive information about Davy’s.
We collect information about our customers to provide the best level of service possible, inform about forthcoming promotions, special offers and events. Davy’s do not pass details to any third party.

Prize draws take place in Davy’s offices.
Winners are chosen at random and notified by post, email or telephone immediately after the draw.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes must be claimed within 28 days of notification, after that prizes become invalid and a replacement winner will be drawn.
No purchase necessary.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Davy’s or their families are not eligible to enter.
Davy’s reserve the right to withdraw any promotion at any time.
It is illegal to sell or deliver alcohol or tobacco products to anyone who is, or appears to be under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
