A fruity and flowery Champagne made with 45% Pinot Noir, 45% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay. Produced only with the first juice from the pressing, it was aged on 'lees’ for over 2 years. A well made Champagne, carefully selected by us and bottled by the renowned House of Gardet. Also available in Half Bottles, Magnums and Cases.
