Sparkling Raboso Rose nv
This sparkling rose is made from the Raboso grape which is grown in the hills surrounding Treviso in North East Italy. The grapes are grown in the same region as the Italy’s most famous sparkling wine Prosecco, and Raboso is often likened to being a pink Prosecco. This wine is a light rose colour with intense aromas of strawberry, raspberry and forest fruits. The palate is dry with tingling acidity that is well balanced by the sweetness of the summer berries that shine through on the palate. This is the ideal summer wine – perfect as an aperitif, with grilled fish or crisp salads.
