Champagne Lallier Brut Millesieme Grand Cru 2000 is an incredible Champagne offering unbelievable value for money. Made from 45% Chardonnay from "La côte des blancs" "Grand Cru), and 55% Pinot Noir from Aÿ (Grand Cru). The berries are directly pressed when they arrive at the cellar with the pneumatic press. The Champagne then undergoes 48-72 months of bottle age on the lees in Lallier's traditional chalk cellars.
This Champagne is disgorged 5 months before shipment.
Fantastic aromas indicating sublime vintage characteristics. The low dosage balances its freshness and maturity. The nose is rich and intense with brioche and toast, culminating in a Champagne which is rich and creamy with elegant finesse.
