Barbadillo Obispo Gascon Palo Cortado

Palo Cortado is a must for all Sherry lovers! A rich dry style of sherry that starts its life ageing under flor as in a Fino or an Amontillado and then loses the flor and starts to oxidise naturally like an Oloroso, Palo Cortado only happens naturally in about 1-2 % of sherry. The Obispo Gascon has a wonderful combination of rich nutty fruit with a restrained freshness. Food friendly perfect with spanish tapas.
