Bailey's Irish Cream
Bailey's Irish Cream is comes from Avonmore Waterford Plc, 70 miles outside Dublin. Cream is delivered daily and blended on that day. The cream is kept at 4°C to prevent spoilage before blending with preserving whiskey. A little vanilla and chocolate are used in the blend. Sugar for sweetening is from sugarbeet grown and processed in Ireland. Baileys use 4 million litres of cream a year, 4.3% of Ireland's milk production.
