Chateau La Dominique 2000 St Emilion

Grand Cru Classe. A more modern winemaking approach has been applied by the owner Clement Fayat. The wine spends 18-22 months in barrel with 50% being new oak. Parker heralds this as a ’truly great’ vintage and one of the estates best. Opulent fruit characters and firm tannins with wonderful jammy fruit notes. Drink now - 2017.
