Batard Montrachet Grand Cru 2000, Louis Latour

After traditional fermentation in oak casks, the wine is aged for 12 months in the cellars. This produces a highly complex wine with a range of flavours  from a rich buttery character to a subtle hint of grilled almonds. It has a concentrated creamy fruit character and a lingering finish.
