Chablis Grand Cru Bougros William Fevre 2002

Bougros is one of seven Grand Cru vineyards in Chablis, owned by Domaine William Fevre. The wine is showing a rich bouquet with intense mineral notes, subtle lemon tones and a touch of honey. The palate is full and rounded with an elegant structure and smooth toasty creamy notes which are well balanced by natural acidity. This is perfect for drinking with seafood, poultry or pork either grilled or in a cream based sauce. Drink now or keep for up to two years.
