Gevrey Chambertin Villages Rossignol-Trapet 2005

A ripe, earthy and somewhat somber nose of dark berry fruit aromas leads to muscular, firm and punchy middle weight flavors that are underpinned by finer tannins than one usually finds with Gevrey villages wines. This well structured wine, made from organically-grown grapes, has the capacity to improve with time.
