Medium straw yellow wine, made from organically-grown grapes. Medium intense, developing bouquet, honeyed with creamy oak, crushed biscuits and minerals. Lovely weight on the palate with flavours of baked apple, some creaminess, nice ripe fruit, decent depth and refreshing finish with citrus notes.
