This is a startling wine from the Leflaive winery. This producer is one of the pioneers of biodynamic viticulture in Burgundy and is considered one of the great white Burgundy producers. The 2004 is as bright and tight as ever with herbacious toasty fruit and wonderful freshness, still so young with a long minerally finish.
