Domini Plus 2000 Douro

Produced and bottled by Jose Maria da Fonseca and renowned Portuguese winemaker, Christiano Van Zeller in the Douro Valley. The grapes were destalked and foot-trodden during the fermentation process. The 2000 vintage produced just 5,500 bottles which were released in 2002. Very deep red, fresh spicy, minty aromas with a long finish. Superb drinking produced only in exceptional vintages.
