Intensely flavoured Pinot Noir sourced from three grape growing districts within Central Otago, New Zealand. Ripe raspberry, cherry and plum aromas grace the bouquet, with hints of violets and Turkish Delight giving extra depth of character. The palate is enriched with characters of wild herbs, with a soft lengthy palate and a fine grained tannin structure. This wine is a perfect match to lamb and game meats, pork tenderloin or fresh tuna.
