Skinkers is centrally located in three arches underneath London Bridge Railway Station and next door to the London Dungeon.

Our splendid menu, inspired by head chef Mark Schlender, is changed monthly and contains only the fiest quality fish, meat and vegetables reflecting the season.  Skinkers 'classiccs' cush as Bangers and mash or fish and chips are always available.  

Specially selected Clarets, Burgundy’s, New World wines, and Davy’s Own Label quality House Wines. Vintage Ports are decanted daily and available by the bottle and glass and we also serve Davy’s old Wallop.

We offer additional fine wines from the Cellar.

An ideal venue for private dinners and parties for 200 people plus.

A Skinker is a drawer of wine (from the cask). Simon Wadloe was a well known Skinker from Fleet Street. A Skinker is he who fills the glass.
