Our new 2018 Spring menus have arrived, packed full of dishes perfect for summertime. As a lovely light starter, we highly recommend melon and parma ham salad with chilli, honey and burrata mozzarella, or the warm goat’s cheese and beetroot salad with olive tapenade toast.
For main courses, look out for the roast cod with caper and parsley mash, rosemary and lemon caper butter; and chicken n’duja with kale and bacon mash and a lemon and paprika dressing.
