Discover our rosé wines to taste this summer
While Provence is the standard bearer, there are now many grape varieties and regions to explore in France. Where once upon a time rosé was sweet and one dimensional, it is now a serious category with a delicious and varied offering to suit every palate and price point.
Explore our selection of French rosés and make a discovery. All our wines are from small producers, some shipped exclusively by Davy’s Wine Merchants.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
Grenache/Syrah La Balade de Coline Les Coteaux du Rhône 2020/2021, Vaucluse.
A light and delicate rosé with good intensity of wild berries aromas. Try it with our seasonal summer salad or a selection of cheeses and charcuterie
Grenache blend Tavel ‘Lunar Apogée’, Domaine des Carabiniers 2020, Rhône.
Good freshness and focus. A wine first, a rosé second. Delicious with our duck liver pâté on toasted sourdough bread and house pickles.
Grenache/Syrah Château Les Mesclances ‘Faustine’ 2020, Provence, France.
This wine is dense, packed with red fruits and ripe with peppery Grenache. Recommended pairing with our vegetarian mezze board.
Grenache blend Côtes de Provence Rosé Saint Sidoine 2020, Provence, France.
Lovely fresh, dry style with soft strawberry fruit and a hint of honeysuckle. Excellent with our Davy’s burger or our Beyond Meat vegan burger.
