We have made lots of changes to the way we operate to help keep you and our teams safe.  Scroll down to find out more.

TABLE SERVICE

The layouts of our wine bars have changed to allow for physical distancing. Capacities are smaller and tables are a maximum of six, so we recommend booking in advance.

FOOD MENU

Our menus have been reduced and simplified to allow us to operate with fewer team members in the kitchen at any one time, without affecting quality.

SAFE PAYMENT

Protective screens are in place for those making card payments, but we ask all customers to use our new online payment system.

TRAINING

Risk assessments have been completed and our teams have undergone thorough retraining. We have introduced new controls to help us operate safely.

HAND SANITATION STATIONS

We have set up sanitation stations at the entrance to each of our wine bar bars and also at high touch points.

 

TEAM HEALTH CHECKS

We will be ensuring that all of our teams are carrying out health checks every day, before starting their shift.

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Signage indicates one-way systems and allows for social distancing. Bathrooms operate a one-in, one-out policy.

 

ENHANCED CLEANING

Cleaning has been significantly enhanced, including the regular sanitising of tables and chairs and all high touch points.
