BAR/TABLE SERVICE
Bar service is available once again, however, we will encourage you return to your table after being served and order online whenever possible.
FACE MASKS
Face masks are not mandatory but many of our teams will wear them for their own peace of mind. We encourage you to wear one when moving around indoors.
SAFE PAYMENT
Protective screens remain in place for those paying at the bar, but we encourage all customers to continue to use our online payment system or use contactless payment.
TRACK AND TRACE
Although there is no obligation for you to check in, we encourage you to do so for peace of mind, in case of exposure to someone carrying the virus.
HAND SANITATION STATIONS
Hand sanitiser is available in various places, alongside check-in/QR code information. We also continue to sanitise tables, chairs and all high touch points regularly.
TEAM HEALTH CHECKS
We are asking our teams to take regular lateral flow tests. We have a comprehensive testing and reporting procedure in place across the company.
SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES
Some one-way systems remain in place. We ask you to be considerate of other customers and our teams when moving around and using bathrooms and corridors.
GROUPS AND PRIVATE SPACES
We are now allowed to accept larger groups again, however, we will endeavour to provide a private space or area wherever possible. Please ask us for more information.
