Famous for its fine wines, vintage Port and hearty sandwiches, The City Flogger was a popular haunt of the insurance industry in particular, from its opening on 7th February 1978 until it was forced to close in November 2014 due to the redevelopment of 120 Fenchurch Street. The new site, situated just around the corner and previously Ruskins is a former wine cellar with vaulted ceilings and strewn with the rare vintage and antique wine paraphernalia which graced its original location.

Food & Wine

Our Executive Chef Sean Davies sources fresh, seasonal and quality ingredients from a number of trusted local suppliers. All our wines are supplied by Davy’s wine merchants and selected by James Davy and the wine buying team.
