Davy’s Wine House is a contemporary local wine bar and shop on High Holborn where you can discover quality wines to drink in and enjoy a selection of delicious dishes, or take away at shop prices.
You can choose from more than 200 superb wines, from all around the world. The wines are sourced by Davy’s Wine Merchants and many are shipped to the UK on an exclusive basis from like-minded independent and family producers.
Many of our wines can be enjoyed by the glass, and pair perfectly with our seasonal food menu. Expect to find classic British dishes, like our popular bangers and mash with Madeira gravy, seasonal salads alongside small plates and sharing boards. Our menus are designed for enjoying with friends and colleagues over a glass of wine and feature British dishes, small plates, sharing boards with the likes of charcuterie, cheeses and classic British foods like our famous chopped sausages. As we are totally independent, we have the freedom to be very selective about the wines we stock. All are chosen by James Davy and the wine buying team, so many of the bottles in our shop are exclusive to Davy’s, which means that at you are always guaranteed to discover interesting wines that you will not find elsewhere.
