The team were attentive far beyond the norm in both the thoughtful atmosphere, detail and smooth chair-shuffling, and smiling support throughout the evening. That the event was an enormous success owes as much to their skill in no small part to the supportive atmosphere, attentive (but cheerful) service from all the staff, and indeed the excellent food and perfectly flowing wine – all evidently to a good kitchen and cellar."
